This event is designed to be inclusive and non-competitive. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual shuffler, or a strong walker, you’re welcome! Expect 21 km per day with estimated durations:

• Run = 2-2.5 hours

• Shuffle = 3-3.5 hours

• Walk = 4.5-5 hours.

Trail experience is helpful but not essential. The terrain is a mix of coast path, beaches, and woodland trails. If you’re comfortable being on your feet for a few hours a day and tackling some hills, you’ll be fine.

• Trail shoes with decent grip

• Weather-appropriate running/hiking kit x 2

• Change of clothes for the evening (inc warm clothes for bonfire)

• Small running backpack/vest

• Reusable water bottle and snacks for the trail

• Swimwear and towel (for the sauna & sea dips)

• Head torch (optional but a good idea)

• 2-day guided trail adventure
